Another luxury hotel is set to sit amongst the giants of Downtown Vancouver coming this summer, and we’re excited to check it out. The Ex Hotel is currently being built by Executive Hotels & Resorts until this coming summer. Situated at the corner of Howe St and Pender Street puts you in the heart of downtown offering travelers another boutique hotel experience in Vancouver. The Ex Hotel Vancouver will have 202 4 star rooms occupying the first 11 floors of the world class Exchange Tower being developed by Credit Suisse. The Exchange Tower boasts 31 storeys with 372,000 square feet and has been designed to LEED Platinum with a unique heritage restoraconcept designed by Harry Gugger Studio with Iredale Group Architecture.
